I know some people think it is a waste of time to track everything they eat. I don't plan to do it forever because it is tedious but I think learning how my body responds now might save me some time later when trying to put on lbm when cycling and any future cuts. I hope so because it can sure be a pain in the ass at times.
I have a desk job and eat every 2 hrs. Check my log for the food....Originally Posted by BG
totally agree with this. As an average man I find it hard to eat a chicken breast/fish/ any lean meat and 2 cups of brown rice with greens 5 times a day. If I could do this would im sure I would be looking awesome. Eating the proper foods is very hard to add up to 4000 and 5000 is even harder. That's about 800 cals max per meal with clean food, and that's a shit ton of food. Shakes in between looking around extra 800. Day and day out this would be tuff and I honestly cant do it. Following this with a high intense workout every day you will gain something.
This is pretty much what I do. Substitute rice for 16oz potatoes in some though. Plus 2 shakes a day. One in morning and one post workout. It sucks ass. Meals take thirty minutes to eatOriginally Posted by chadcuz1985

So that's a good seven hours sleep. I didn't used to need that much at your age. I generally get 5-9 hrs sleep depending on , ya know whatever. But I can't get by any more with a consistent less then seven. Retired I can take naps but they slow me down. I sleep as needed. ...cm
I can drink a gallon of water at 11pm (not literally) and not wake up till 7-8am lol
I hardly ever wake up to pee. I hardly ever wake up at all. It's like I'm in an 8hr coma

Aside from getting older I think it's in part to the lifestyle. I enjoy going to the gym and pushing myself. I'm fvckin tired after a workout lol. I feel GREAT leaving the gym..... But then I feel like I need rest.
The time for burning the candle at both ends is done haha!
OK, ha, haa! that's funny. I don't know right off how old you are. But remember Bi-Polar mania. It speaks to much of my behavior and traits. That's why I didn't need to sleep much when I was young 20-30's. Before lifting I worked mega hours and got by just fine on (6) six hours.
Back to OP's thread,...sorry OP. ...crazy mike

Thank god I'm like Haz. I sleep through the night no matter what my intake prior to bed. Sometimes it hurts in the morning but I'm glad I don't lose sleep![]()
I only wake up to pee, never feel hungry.
Early morning wood makes it a bit more difficult when you're sleepy.
Morning wood sucks when you've built up 8-9 hours of piss and u have to stand at an angle to pee for 10 minutes haha
Brazey is 62 also!Very cool guy.
