chest related press movements, do not go to extension, you use more triceps at the end of a push motion, so try doing your reps by going down then only 75% extend and back down.

This is what I would advise. A little wider grip ( as said watch out for shoulders) make sure you have elbows out. Big tri's want to do the work, so elbows aside as you can. Concentrate on constant stress so no lock out. Slow negatives w/no bounce. Concentrate on the chest pushing. Mind and muscle and constant tension. Stay with heavy press movements. ...crazy mike
