    Evolution of Capebuffalo

Some of you have seen these pictures and some of you have not. I thought I would share and show what can be done with a proper diet, training and aas.

The first picture is in 2003. I was 31 yrs old at the time.
The second picture is in 2009.
The third picture is 1 year ago.
The forth picture is from 2 weeks ago.

    I didn't start training until probably 2006.
I started training seriously in 2008 and started aas.
So honestly I have been training hard for 5 yrs.
I didn't understand how important diet was until a few yrs ago. You can see the change when a proper diet is followed. We tell you guys that in Q and A everyday. Hopefully that will show you the importance of it.

Thank you for actually working the "wheels" when so many skip leg day or heavy squats and deads hahah. You have insane vascularity in your legs and calves, I'm more than impressed! Age is but a number and will only take it's toll on you when you allow it to. Keep busting ass day in day out and it'll be but a distant memory. Congrats on the inspiring transformation.

this would make a great motivation thread! Cape, at 45 you put 95% of youth today to shame. I started in 2009 was 49, soon to be 54 and never been in better shape. I guess we old fogies can still teach the youth a thing or two! job well done man, congratulations!

No worries. It was the only pick I had showing my size. I miss her but she's in a better place and not in pain any more.

Thanks everyone. You all know it's not easy. I know you appreciate the work put in for the results put out.

Now if the younger guys see a visual guide and time line they my understand. It's not done over night. Is not 12 weeks of your life. It's 52 weeks every year in and out. The lifestyle guys not the aas. That's what I'm trying to show you.

    Again thanks guys. Still working.

Not really. I'm just taking it a week at a time.
My goals would probably be unrealistic at this point. So I just enjoy each small weekly victory. Like being injury free. Increased weight I can work and control.

A great goal at this stage Cape would be to try and maintain your gains after this cycle ends, this is were it gets tricky but from your new way your training and diet I am sure you will do great. When does the cycle end?

I never look at maintaining my gains as a goal. I see it as an absolute. I feel a goal is something that can be met or not met. If I go in knowing there's no other option I find I have better results.

I'm about 6 weeks in on this run. So a little less than half way.

This is great advice! !! So many guys say I weigh this or lift that or show pics of when they are on but that's not them. What happens when somebody wants to see you when you're off our go ahead lift that now ? I don't consider my cycle weights or even show pics when I'm on, it's what you hold when your off. Very few realize that you break your platueas when your on and then your goal is to train naturally until you get back to where you were when on cycle. This is where dedication really comes into play. Keep your diet, keep your training when your off, it's easy when your on. If your do this, then go back on 6 our seven months after being natural and dedicated you will really make progress with your physique. And keep it !! To many guys relying on gear. (Not taking a shot at OP just adding too Marcus' s thoughts)
