    Ok, I have reconsidered. What about a small dose, such as 50mg per week? I've heard that dose has greatly assisted some people with joint problems. C'mon there's gotta be something I can do with what I've already got.

    I've used Pro-hormones before a number of times with no apparent lasting side effects. What are the alternatives I can use? I'm very inclined to find something to get me back into shape.

    Your comment above says you want an easier and faster way to get back in shape. Bad idea at your age to do steroids the possible sides in the long run aren't worth it now.

    Better yet It is KNOWN that it is diet and training with good sleep that your body heals and grows with. You will be fine with a good diet and training routine and using good supplements of vitamins and amino acids. Those used correctly will be of benefit for now and later.
    Read up more and wait till your body matures. You will get in shape so enough, it's a marathon. ...crazy mike
