The Anavar helped lean her out but there wasn't much in the way of muscle tone, but she spends more time on cardio exercises than strength training. I'm gradually moving her on to the latter.
....although I may have created a monster because now she's talking about bigger boobies for next year to go with her leaner physique. Good grief. Lol
