I have been on and off the var a few times and wife has always wanted to give it a shot.

Wife is 26, and has always trained in between having our 3 daughters.

I caved in and finally said ok.

So dosage wise I'm thinking

5mg morning
5mg night

After a few weeks maybe another 5mg mid day.

Cycle length wise 8week or 10 week?
Tapering down towards the end

Also besides blood pressure and sides which males and females both can get what are the female specific sides to watch out for?

My wife is not a body builder but likes to work out and keep fit/tone etc .

So just wondering for some clarification on the questions.
