So unless you want to inject twice the amount of gear then that doesn't make sense to me. And as far as water and other contaminants im not sure what you're talking about. You're exposing the gear to the exact same environment as when you make any other home brew..

So? twice as much oil zero pain is better than being cramped up for a few days. Also when you make gear you do not leave it for hours exposed to the air and dust and other crap floating around the air, Not to mention in my opinion I don't think your idea would even work at all.
