    Understood, I work out in my basement as well. The commute kills me.

    Personally I don't think any plate loaded, off the end of a bench extension device is worth considering. I went years without an extension / curl machine and survived on lunges and stiff leg deads. You can get by. A few years back I picked up a used ext/curl cam operated machine, Hoist Brand. Much better than I thought.

    When it comes to benches, my Body Solid one is very adjustable and nice. Both incline and decline. You can see it in this pic.

    Maybe I just can the hack /leg press machine....and go with some type of "real" leg ext/curl machine.
    I detest hack squats and only use the press.

    also lunges and dead lifts can be done with what I have as well.....

    Thank you! was gonna ask what it was cause I need one with an adjustable seat. Sliding off the end of mine when doing heavy inclines has worn on my last nerve.

    It's a solid bench and I'd recommend it. The back inclines and declines and is padded well. The seat adjusts up as high as you'll need.
