Thanks guys, I am gonna just stick to post workout and do my cardio then. I am thinking about low intensity approach and double the time. Also what is a target heart rate for low intensity?!

Depends on what shape your in. Basically low intensity. Just like you said. I little walk on little incline. Basically I see it as if your really bored cause you almost feel unproductive then your doing it right. Slower you go the less muscle is wasted imo
just like the slower you try to cut weight the more muscle you will hold on to
