Well ill usually take 1200mg of it on cycle split the doses twice a day. Cycle looks good. 5000 cals is a lot, how much is maintenance for you?

This ecactly. 1500 over maintainence will yeild more fat gains. I know the morw you take in the bigger you get but tissue can only grow so fast. Start with 500-750 cals over maintenance

So 500-700 surplus of maintenance.. got it. I have a bod pod readily available to use so I was thinking of checking my bf mid cycle to see if I was gaining fat. Do you think this would be a good way to see if my intake is to much or will the cycle of Test E throw off the results? I'm not sure if water retention effects how the machine accurately measures bf.
