i am eating less coz i want to reduce body fat
while on cycle i will be eating above 3000 calories above 200gms protein and 400gms carbs
i am here to take advice on my first cycle and not my diet

						every guy in here thinks i am a newbie an idiot who dont know what to eat for muscle building
i am working out since 4 years and never gained above 150lbs while eating 120gms protein and 200gms carbs

						i am taking cycle nxt month so i will be increasing my protein and carbs this month from today and i will surely gain 10lbs to 15lbs but i wont gain any muscle above 15lbs so cycle would give a kick and i surely would gain 30 - 40 lbs in 3months
10-15lbs naturally and 20-25lbs from steroids in 3 months
guys help me tell me which cycle should i take
and another thing bib
you shared about gyno thread above so i would be taking raloxifene or tamoxifen from today to reduce my gyno effect
even if i dont take cycle is it fine BIB
