    ...first time I've heard nolva recommended over letro. The growth is already there, wouldn't a serm just prevent further growth? Where letro would zap it by eliminating all estrogen?

    No. SERMS bind to estrogen receptors in breast tissue like no other. It's a targeted fix, not a general attempt. Check the PCT section for a tremendous amount of info in SERM therapy.
