Week 1: 25 mcg
W2: 37.5 mcg
W3: 50 mcg
W4: 62.5
W5 - 9: 75
W10 62.5 then 50
W11 37.5 then 25
W12 12.5
t3 note: I chose to taper down. Bro Science says no taper down / taper down. I will err to providing my body a small adjustment.

Clen 12 week cycle (with Keto)
W1 20 mcg
W2:40 mcg
W3: 60 mcg
W4: 80 mcg
W5: - W12: 100 mcg maximum or whatever maximum tolerated
Supplement with (3-5g/day) l-taurine to minimize cramps.
I hadn't planned on using l-taurine, but after today's cardio,will need to add this supplement.
