Run .5mg Arimidex MWF (3 times a week /EOD) while on test <THIS IS YOUR AI .

Run 10 days of hcg at 500iu/day approx. 2-3 days after your last injection of test < jump start yours leydig cells to produce natural test, since test injections stop natural body test.

Start your pct after your last hcg administration.

*edit: I cant remember the exact half life of test-c, but the theory is you start hcg blasting after your last dose of test has been fully finished in your body. I use test-e and I start hcg 10 days after my last test-e dose (since e has long esters). Some people state to use hcg all throughout the cycle and then blasting at the end , others state starting the last 2 weeks (500iu/week) and blasting(500iu/ED) for 10 days after the cycle*

Do some research on hcg and choose which ever route you think is best.

That amount of a'dex is too high a starting point.

It's widely regarded, especially here, that HCG is for on cycle not post.
