Those numbers (190) are more respectable. What are your planned daily calories and macros? Those are the numbers that will determine success.

Many guys mistake clean eating for proper eating. It's not just the quality but quantity of food you consume. The majority of guys new to steroids often underfeed themselves for where they should be eating on cycle.
