    Are biceps worth it??

I was wondering how many times a week you guys did biceps? I heard they only take up a small portion of the arm, and even if you work them hard the results on your strength and size are minimal.

I often hear biceps are a "showboating" muscle and that they shouldn't be one more than 2 times a week. Can anyone vouch for that, or thinks otherwise? I do biceps 3 times a week and i feel like it makes no sense to say that they have minimal results on your strength and size. Can anyone vouch for that, or is totally against it?

They complement every compound lift. Plus they feel great when you get a ridiculous pump.

    work em

esp if you have nice heinies in the gym on the treadmill to look at from 20-25 feet while you bust out those pain reps.

I'm on a 3:1 exercise protocol. I hit the biceps once every four days.

I know, since biceps is one of the most visible muscles, many focus on it. But I treat it like any other muscle group. I try to focus on the entire body.

once every 7 days, no need to do them anymore if you do them right in the first place IMHO.

I do them 3 times a month. One of the biggest issues for folks is they focus more on biceps than they do triceps.

Triceps are what gives you that "Big arm" look.

Everyone forgets that. The tri is the longer muscle really helps compliment the bicep

No one thought this was amusing?

How do you put full effort in when 3/4 of your concentration is on a chick's ass?

For me I can't concentrate. It's the same reason fighters don't have sex when training for a fight, too much mental distraction.

Really? I feel like they should just get that over with so they don't get sexually frustrated going into a fight? I mean they train for months at a time before a fight. All that money and no sex until after the fight? :/
