I was wondering how many times a week you guys did biceps? I heard they only take up a small portion of the arm, and even if you work them hard the results on your strength and size are minimal.
I often hear biceps are a "showboating" muscle and that they shouldn't be one more than 2 times a week. Can anyone vouch for that, or thinks otherwise? I do biceps 3 times a week and i feel like it makes no sense to say that they have minimal results on your strength and size. Can anyone vouch for that, or is totally against it?![]()
