    I go 6 times as well. sometimes 5, depends on how sore i am. Like i changed my workout and i am doing bis /tris together... but i was too sore to do chest two days after even because my triceps where so sore from the increase in weight i was able to lift from not doing chest and triceps together. my training was just like yours.. but just changed it around the other day.

    Yeah I tend to go pretty easy on the arms for that reason, they get plenty of work through chest, shoulders and back. I don't get DOMS too often either so it's not really a worry.
