    that's pretty good news for me im going to have to try melatonin for the first time....I've been monitoring my sleep with the jawbone up24 and my sleeping patterns are shit...I average 1hr of deep sleep a night and wake up at least 3 time per night...I haven't had a dream in years...I also don't use an alarm clock because its unnecessary due to my poor sleep...my sister has been boasting about it for years but since iv always taken Benadryl during allergy season I haven't bothered to try anything else...thanks for the info brother...

    I too, haven't dreamed regularly for yrs... And only avg about 2hrs of deep sleep maybe! I'm looking forward to trying it out as well!

    oh before melatonin was suggested to me I barely slept 10 minutes at a time, I woke up 20 times or so during the night, and in the morning was very hard to get out of bead as you can imagine. also for many years I haven't had real dreams, they were more like flashes and mini nightmares, but since I been taking melatonin I not only have long dreams but also remember them when I wake up! I get better sleep and easy getting out of bead in the morning.

    im loving what im hearing bro, I could really use the kind of sleep that your talking about, ill let you know how it goes for me thx...
