Is it against the law to expose a concealed carry gun?

Exactly, how did he know he was not an off duty cop or security??? Fvckn idiot.

It all depends on how you expose it. If by chance someone see it under your coat, shirt or some other way, no of course not. If you are in a confrontation with someone and you open your coat so they can see it to intimidate them or you are purposely exposing it then yes, it's considered brandishing.

Ive seen many people over the years who had concealed but I noticed. Ive never thought twice about it or considered them a risk in any way.

Ya im not a gun fan i find them boring and repetitive but that being said i just looked online and the guy in the video that got held against his will was a 63 year old man and if its legal to have a gun i don't see why that bloke would just attack him. If he felt so threatened why not just call the police instead of attacking a old man. I thought guns were as common as air over there?

Because just like what happened to noon and the gas guy calling the police for no reason some people who are anti gun feel they have the right to violate someone elses right who they dont agree with. Very similar to anti abortion wackos who feel it's OK to murder a doctor who performs abortions.

Dont let the media sway your logic. Sure a lot of people own guns but it's not like they go walking around with them in plane site in public but the media would like you to think thats what is going on. The gun owners are not the ones making a big stink or at least not until someone tries to take their/our rights away. It's the anti gun people who are making a big deal about everything they can.

True. i have been to america twice and the only guns i saw were on police. I was just reading about in Florida were that video was they have those laws were you can defend your self. So lets just say that old bloke got up and blew the attackers head off he would be all good to go home wouldn't he?

A CCW permit is for self-defense and use if you are in reasonable fear for your safety. That's all I'll say.

It depends on locale and the local LE. Where I live concealed carry is legal with a permit and the LE in my area takes into consideration that it may become visible if the wind blows open your clothing, if you're reaching overhead, bending down, etc. However, if you're blatantly exposing the firearm you're in the wrong.
My local sherrifs office puts it this way: if a reasonable attempt was made to carry the weapon in a concealed manner, you're G2G.

Probably depends on the local LE. CCW is strongly encouraged where I live due to the amount of scum, idiots, substance abusers, trash that abuse other people, etc.
