    Although LEF does indeed recommend E2 be kept between 20 and 30, unless I missed something, LEF does not recommend the sensitive assay (except in special cases).

    Correct. But they are changing. Crisler's been beating them down about it. It's been a money thing as standard estradiol costs about $20 bucks I believe and the Sensitive Assay is a little over $200. Ridiculous difference. Always about money, even with the associations allegedly out there to help.
