    Calves same(higher reps w/RPs then drops)...

    I don't even work my forearms due the constant beating they get on bis/tris/back(anything that deals w/grip) but I've noticed that since switching to 1BP on back I need straps for concentrating on my back doing more of the work(only if necessary do I use straps) but I'm finding my bis fail b4 my back(obviously)

    The key is to really work them hard. Mine have been so sore that i had to take ibuprofen the last 2 days. I like it though
