I got a 89 kx 250 and 98 kx250 race ready 2stroke and a kfx 400, the newer dirtbike is my baby it is so fast you wouldn't believe I invested about 3k in engine upgrades and that's me doing all the work haven't meet a 450 yet that can beat it. I go to busco beach and Hatfield macoy trails sometimes and I race at local tracks

Nice, do you have paddles for sand? I have done a lot of trail ridding also but the sand is great.

My 1st ATV was a 1986 Kawasaki Mohave 250. I sold it to a buddy who lives in Tahoe and it still runs. I believe I did the 1st ECU upgrade on one since I bought it new in 1986. I did some research because I wanted a higher rev and discovered the ECU from a similar year dirt bike had a 1000 rpm higher rev limeter and by changing a couple wires it was compatible.

Just realized I said 2016 and it's only 2015. lol

I wish these videos showed just how steep some of these hills are, you would be amazed. My buddy and I actually helped make a few of the YEARS ago. We started by going down a few times to clear the path, make tracks then started going up. It sucks when you get near the top and get stuck. Ive rolled down more than a few. lol

One of the hills I rolled down was up an old logging trail on Mt. Rainer. Saying it was steep is an understatement. It was mostly clear cut for a couple hundred yards then into a tree line so lots of stumps on the clear cut part. I hit a root of a tree and hole at the same time and it bounced me off the trail right down the hill. I stopped about 30 ft down after my ATV bouncing and landing on my chest front bumper first knocking the wind out of me and popping a rib in my back out of place as well as a few other minor injuries. My quad stopped after going into the treeline and being caught hanging in a tree. LOL

Saying it was a little tweaked was an understatement and was never the same after that but got stolen 6 months later. lol Sucked because there was no way to get it back up. To far to winch. I had to ride and push it down the hill further until I found another logging road and then ride with a sprained wrist until I found where it connected with the other road and meet up with my co riders. Fun trip.

    The hill was like this.
