    I work them out once per week :-/
    I know I should be working them out 2x/week.
    How many exercises and sets do you guys recommend I should work my calves per workout?

    Have u seen the calves on Kelkel. Sick. He suggests work them early in workout to increase size. Work lagging body part more then once per week.

    Thanks gurl. I'll definitely start doing that, my calves and forearms are sticks
