    OP please dont take this the wrong way but in your original post you said you're a guy.... But you look like a female in your picture. Again, please dont take this the wrong way I just have no idea whats going on

    well im a guy..

    All in all, I should not neglect my legs and work them with lower weights, as well as hit the calves twice per week.
    Does that sound good?

    Op, to me it looks like u just need to keep lifting and eating. Nothing disproportionate in your pic
