I admire your discipline bio! I have to give myself some credit though... Less than a year ago I was eating fast food every day for lunch and going out to eat for dinner often. I only have one cheat meal a week now... Sometimes two.
I hope to get on your level though because diet really is everything. I was watching one of those bodybuilding diet motivational videos on YouTube and one guy who had been dieting for a show said something that hit me pretty hard- " I'm a machine at this point... I don't miss what I dont have". I hope I can get to that point some day.
Big arse bowl of homemade Ministrone soup! All the veggies and garbanzo beans kidney beans, barely etc

Extreme lifestyle dedication. Right on.
Tbh, when you are trying to add or maintain a TON of mass cheat meals are very necessary.
There are a lot of guys who don't need any cheats eating them all the time. More than the guy who needs it. It has really become ridiculous. Every lazy out of shape guy goes to the "gym" does very little then goes and has a "cheat" meal. Very disrespecting to my/our lifestyle and it honestly makes me sick thinking about it hahah.
Keep up the good work guys and sorry for the rant.
I'm at a point where unless I'm going to compete (and I am) I don't follow a super strict diet plan. I eat as much as I can as healthy as I can but if I want ice cream at night.... I'll have it.
Once it's time to cut or stay super mean that's when counting macros and hard sorting come into play for me. I'm pretty lucky in that I drop fat quickly.

Nice thread guys, your dedication is inspiring, I'm about to go shopping and start meal prepping for the first time. I'm finally healthy (mostly) and hitting HIT in the gym again. Time to lose the belly and get fvcking huge. Thanks for the inspiration.
