Personally, I would have a hard time combining delts, tris, and chest, but have a go at it and see if.you can push yourself 110% all.of the way through it.
I kind of like to go with a 5 way rotation:
Delts/ traps
Back (deads are done on this day)
Chest
Legs
Arms
Everyone is different however, so tinker around and see what works for you and your schedule. I lift in my shop and have to substitute/fiddle with the beyond failure protocols to completely trash the muscle group I'm working.
I definitely wouldn't be much for cardio after working legs.
