    8 (80oz) cans of tuna (including water)
    4 cups (320g) quick oats
    8 Tbsp (108g) Hellmans mayo
    8 Tbsp (120g) EVOO
    12oz water
    salt
    pepper
    soy sauce
    worcestershire

    Mix everything up and place in a 13x9x2 pyrex baking dish and bake at 375°F until brown.

    1/4 ~1,020 calories 54g c 56g f 75g p
