Morning HITers.
Today im going to the local gym. Chest and back. Shoulders and tris and calves and abs. All in one. Main workout.
I will try something new today. With my preworkout, which is 12 g l-arginine, i will add like 200-250 grams of carbs from healthy juicemix. Most of the fruits and veggies are supposed to be cholestrolfriendly and i also hope it will give awesome pump in my giant workout.
That mk677 makes it hard to gain much fat so i think it will be good. Starting my 5. natty week and need al the boost i can get.
Why dont you also try this 2 litr fruitjuice during workout?...With bcaas ofcourse. What ya think there Marki. A wize shoot?
