Even on tons of gear and food and sleep i couldnt manage past an hour HIT usually 45- 50 minutes strict HIT..sometimes i would do "cool down" sets to push some more blood in the muscle group..but yeah its just impossible to do two largr muscle groups like chest and back if you truly are training like a wild ape..most people arent really going past failure..the pain is just too intense..its something you have to work up too lol
