My problem is finding a happy medium if I eat eat eat Iam up in the 15 percent bodyfat range but big 250-260 if I cut back just a little I lose a lot of muscle but get really cut quick..I look best on cycle at 210-215 I gotta really find a perfect caloric range that I can lose or gain weight slower..it's hard though after getting out I've been working manual labor going 100 percent all night and the work changes night after night one night I might go really hard and the next night light..if I don't consume carbs all night long my muscle falls off me..
Absolutely! I understand that everyone is different and what's good for one might not be for another. But, I see a lot of guys dosing Test Cyp. at 125mgs-150mgs. twice weekly for their TRT. For most men that's much more than a therapeutic dose of testosterone. And again, I understand that everyone's different. But I know if I cruised on 250mgs. of Test Cyp. my levels would be well above the highest normal! And my estrogen would be high also, without an AI. Personally, I don't think it's healthy for a man on TRT to dose exogenous testosterone at a level that's high enough to raise his estrogen above normal. This is just my opinion guys. Every week I'd have to re-do the math, because my working weights had all gone up.
I eventually got to the point where I loaded up the decline bench and repped out with 180kgs for 10 or 12 (Several occassions). My brother, whom was, and still is training on strongman invited me to do a back session with him. I hadnt deadlifted in probably 18months at the time. Managed to pick up 215kg like a warm up. For me, this is when it really hit me how much my strength had increased in about 12 months of blast/cruise, dieting and proper lifting. I was about 280lbs and ~17%BF.
Of all the compounds I have used, Tren is my favourite! The sweet-spot that I used then on several cycles was 1g Test / 0.8g Tren. I didnt have bloodwork on cycle, but did monitor BP.
Using the same UGL, so I guess it can be argued that I was on less if it was underdosed.

I do have a stock of Primo in the cupboard though... I may run this if I can ever start training and get myself to a reasonable BF again! Haha
