    Same here, like to have a few meals & several hours of moving around naturally before doing any intense training.

    YES! exactly. I think I'm going to stick to doing late afternoon 4 to 6pm work outs. Even after work I'm tired but some how I get the motivation to work out, and besides I work out from home to I don't have to deal with people at the gym.
