Currently I am at 162. 6foot4inch. Very underweight I know. Lifestyle choices have consequences. Lesson learned. Absolutely appreciate your interest.

I am ordering everything I need at this time to do things right. Using Android "My Plate" to track calories etc. Married to a nutritionist (daughter also), so they love food prepping and planning.

Trying to figure out how to gain the weight, nurse the neck injury and work with the elevated SHBG.

Slow and steady wins the race in this case man. I'm also 6'4" so I understand the struggle. You can get to 210lbs with out gear. Just hard work.
