Although I do find it really damn annoying when people go around saying they did HIT and it didn't work, when in reality they have no clue what HIT really is. Did you see in the video, the perfect form, the slow 5/2/5 cadence, the focus, the pain, the complete exhaustion of reaching failure? Like Mentzer said, HIT is not just another workout, its THE workout. -Peace
