    That's not even much, Dbol can draw much more water into your tissues. Yes, it's only water retention.

    Are you running an AI? Have you planned bloods/PCT?

    I notice bmi changes almost daily

    Just whey isolate. I got dymatize hydorlyzed whey isolate now cuz it's like 30$ for 2lbs. Good for now while I'm not working.
    I think it my muscle memory ..they says it's no time real. But I'll disagree lol. All about intensity of ur trining and methods along with diet. I eat like every 2-3 hours. Sometimes I have to force feed
    But remember I was natural 220lbs and dropped to 165 u healthy from the drug diet lol , not recommended.
    So I started training again and I'm up to like 206 now

    Trying to keep it lean this time though as much as possible
