    You workout whatever you wanna work out . Do don't want to be in balanced with super hero body I.e big upper body no tiny legs. Calf looks good. I def wouldn't skip on the quads and hams ..still decent though ..good luck

    I appreciate it, definitely don't wanna look imbalanced haha gonna keep working the quads and hams for sure, calves I'll throw in maybe once a week!!
