Well I just go by the philosophy of Marcus lol - row your ass off and your lats will follow b/c eventually they have no where else to go but out!!
I've done thickness movements for the entire time I've been here... you do have thickness I'm not denying that b/c your erectors are nice... work on traps and upper back that'll help with everything - traps have pulled my delts back into place after all these injuries on my shoulder and it's helped me tremendously - just something to think about brother
I'd love to compete maybe I'll step on stage after doing a mock prep and what not?!
