    Just took a cold shot myself - can't spread the lats at all but you get the idea... details are starting to come in....

    I just do tons of rows man! And thanks buddy.., I've thought about it but I don't have the ROM to flex

    You've got the width already try thickness movements as your lats will have no choice but to go out

    See I think I have more thickness than width. I think my wing spread is weaker than thickness. You disagree? Others see what we don't see ourselves.

    Well I just go by the philosophy of Marcus lol - row your ass off and your lats will follow b/c eventually they have no where else to go but out!!

    I've done thickness movements for the entire time I've been here... you do have thickness I'm not denying that b/c your erectors are nice... work on traps and upper back that'll help with everything - traps have pulled my delts back into place after all these injuries on my shoulder and it's helped me tremendously - just something to think about brother

    I'd love to compete maybe I'll step on stage after doing a mock prep and what not?!

    Fuck it I'd still do it. My first show trainer had a bad leg from birth. He competed his entire life and got 3rd at Nationals. He's in his 50's here.
