Tracking can be screwy. I have never had a pack sent back, it could be on the way to you still. Get a screen shot of the tracking that says it was sent back, in case the source gives you problems about re shipping. Im very surprised you had any problems with it going through the area it is.

I spoke to sponsor, he said he'll reship at cost.

I also spoke to usps, they said they randomly snag packs to verify customs forms. If it's been sitting there for more than two weeks. There's too much of suspicion to send through.

Is your supplier just going to recharge you for shipping? I would think they'd just reship it no problem at no charge, idk why you'd have to repay

Fuck man, sorry to hear that. Thats a strange business practice i would think since they are going to get it back they'd just send out a new package and maybe charge shipping again, but holy fuck bro ... its life i suppose, can't really expect businesses like this to be upstanding types

jstone is right. That happens sometimes.

Btw you can't be charged unless it's in your possession. So a letter from the gov saying they've confiscated it doesn't mean much. At least in my experience with schedule 1ers.
Maybe this lends as evidence for a judge to issue a warrant for a raid. YMMV.
