Fuck man, sorry to hear that. Thats a strange business practice i would think since they are going to get it back they'd just send out a new package and maybe charge shipping again, but holy fuck bro ... its life i suppose, can't really expect businesses like this to be upstanding types
jstone is right. That happens sometimes.
Btw you can't be charged unless it's in your possession. So a letter from the gov saying they've confiscated it doesn't mean much. At least in my experience with schedule 1ers.
Maybe this lends as evidence for a judge to issue a warrant for a raid. YMMV.
