Start taking creatine. It will pump more fluid into your muscles including your penis. Won't do much for length but will add some to the circumference. Also start squatting, deadlifting, cleans to increase your natural testosterone levels. Those full body lifts tend to raise natural test levels. Testosterone and especially HGH is produced in the body while you sleep so make sure you are getting a good nights sleep, no late video games.
