For reference, I personally know a guy that uses what he considers a "mild - moderate" dose. He pins 3ml every other day into each bicep, rotating heads each shot. I've been told and have read several times that 3mls per dose anywhere on the arms is the norm. I'm sure Nach could chime in on what a normal protocol would be. I'm only going by what I've read and heard from 1 individual. I have brewed it up on many occasions though. Not really anything to it, so maybe "brew" is a bad term, lol. Mix!
I can't tell you from any experience Quester. If you look into medium chain triglycerides and their effects on the body, that would probably give you the answer. I'm starting to tinker with it in brewing since its supposed to be a great carrier oil for various hormones. I do know that it is sold as a beneficial supplement in higher end health food/vitamin shops. What little research I have done on it, I would be afraid to give you any kind of answer because I honestly don't know much about it yet. I will though.
As far as sight enhancing oils go (on another note), they have a stigma about it due to idiots using (abusing) it the wrong way. There is a safe and practical way to use it, and I have done a lot of research on its use in the stretching of the muscle fascia. If used responsibly, it really is a magnificent compound. There is no fear in doing it if done the right way. I don't think you'll see an IFBB pro that hasn't or doesn't use it. It really does build up lagging parts, like adding a sharp peak to the outer head of the biceps. Or even wideming the already flat calve muscles. If you can stand the pain involved, it'll really make the delts pop, as long as you keep all 3 sides even. You definitely want to be running a stout cycle when doing it. I'm not afraid to do it at all. I've done enough research and asked enough questions over the years that I'm very confident in using it. I'm just not overtly excited about injecting so much volume into one muscle 2 times bilatererally to even everything out. That's why I brew my gear at a fairly high mg per ml because I prefer less oil per injection. Sorry I got off on a rabbit trail, lol. I always do....
