Going to rest up a bit today, scope out the local gyms and hopefully go on a trail run later tonight. I'm looking forward to that.
Have a few friends in between Sulfur Springs and Gravette. They love it because they can pretty much isolate themselves and get their work done.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

My shoulders feel pretty good today, Yesterday they were trashed.
I was expecting my knee to be really sore from the trail run but it's not to bad.

I use to go down to Beaver and Bull Shoals lake a lot as a kid. I love the ozarks and such.

Born and raised in the heart of the ozarks. I can take you on county roads a hundred miles and get you raped by inbreds.
I like beaver lake nice quiet place, I came fom west plains area a little farther East along the arkansas line. I literally spent half my awake life in those woods till I was 18.

Don't think I will take you up on that. But you and Bizzaro have a good time without me
