    I honestly don't know. I just don't see how anyone could possibly turn this exercise into advice. But I'm listening. It's an abnormal movement and to me, all you need is to be really thin (skinny) and fast. Obviously the longer your legs are the better your chances at this.

    It's like teaching someone how to touch their toes without bending knees.

    Use a cane or a walking stick. It works well for me.
