All x3 rest was none-1 min
Was gonna do more cable rows but decided I had done enough. Hit front and back plenty.
I think I need two days a week off. Seems like I am breaking down more and more.
Weight is 215 leaner than ever but I put some water back on I feel. Apetite has been matching my effort thank God. May it stay that way.
