Thread: Meal frequency (research says 1 meal or 7 doesnt matter....)

    What about IF?......

    Right now I go about 14 hours fast, 10 hour window, tracking macros and mostly not junk.....I've always been heavy set though ("short" and stocky).

    I did the 4-5 small meals a day.......but that was a lot of prep and I honestly don't feel different...maybe less lethargic when I'm fasted that's about it.

    I really like IF, it fits my schedule perfectly. I did it when I was competing 3-4 years ago. Not because I knew what it was. It’s just how my schedule lined out. Match that with a Keto diet and man did I shred up.
