    Left Ventrical hypetrophy is not in of itself pathological. In fact it’s a know and common adaptation to chronic resistance and endurance training. It’s been studied in detail and outside of congenital enlargement is not generally considered dangerous or a problem.

    There are many, and its actually very common, for athletes in general to have larger hearts.
