before the first cycle I was the same height and 150lbs ish

as for diet I aim for 3000-3500 calories each day, yesterday was
breakfast - oatmeal with protein shake
lunch - tuna, egg and pasta salad with a drink
dinner - ate out at a burger joint
snack - 2 min noodles
and before bed a mass gainer shake (optimum nutrition serious mass) - 1 large scoop with 500ml milk

adds up to around 3000cal and 160-180g protein.
