Tonight I am on push and its going to go like this.
Split Squats super set Bench Press 2x10-12 1x8-10 1x RPS
Standing Over Head Dumbbell Press 3x8-10 1x RPS
Rope Push downs 3x10-12 1x Drop Set
Calve Raises 3x12-15 1x Drop Set
Training is so fun at the moment, even though im 5lbs down in weight i look bigger in the gym because i'm leaner, especially when i'm pumped. my energy levels are high, well-being feels great... Everything feels very well dialled in... My body is happy, for once.
Flat in the pic, this was after waking, had quite a low day yesterday. Going to have a higher day today, just taking each day as it comes. End of the comp i want to be 195 lean.... Its gonna happen.
