Tuesday: gym didn’t open until 7am do didn’t get my normal 5am workout in. Went to bed at 7:30pm because I was tired.

Today: got up at 4:30 am and got to the gym. Did both chest and tris and some light legs. Did full chest workout but hit 20 reps squats with the straight bar in between sets. Really got my heart rate up and had a good pump all over. Feel really good this morning.

Don’t worry I’ll try again soon. 400mg is my sweet spot I’ve found out. All the comments I’ve got have been intoxicating. I finally look like I actually lift weights. Lol

I think 400mg and under is best for me as well. 750 makes me burn to the ground.

Honestly at lower bf I look eyecatching but I feel skinny.
    I hate feeling skinny.

I was in the car today checking myself out in the mirror (passenger seat) and I quietly flexed a little. Gf didn't notice...
    Flexed a little more.

    Gf oblivious.
So I hold my breath real hard and make the veins creep out and real quick like I throw up a double bi, HHHOOOOUGGHH!

She was shaking her head when I looked over that time.

    Legs yesterday,

3rd week in a row without any groin pain on squats. It’s been two plus years since that’s happened. I’m kinda beside myself.

    Lol thanks!
It seems like the more ground I gain the more I feel like I am a dink.

For me to grow anymore I must change my methods. Its not that it comes harder but rather the slightest mess up sets me back hard. Such as drinking, missing a meal, or a hard day at work.

I’ve almost completely lost my gut. My bottom two abs have finally came in. I’ve been working so much that I’ve barely been eating and what I eat is basically pure protien or shit.

I’m thinking it will be 2019. If I’m going to do classic I need to bring the legs up a ton more. This year is already half over. I’m in no hurry for once in my life. I’m going to hire a coach so all I have to do is train.

Yes, but you need an unbiased outside opinion sometimes. And especially as my body has changed since the last time I was really in the lifestyle. I’m playing a lot of catchup and not looking at things always objectively.

    Chest, tris and shoulders.

Didn’t get shoulders in on Saturday or Sunday so did them this morning. My vascularity is through the roof at the moment. Loving it, it’s addicting and I want more. I love the hot humid weather right now as it makes it come out even more.

Going to get my regular blood work done soon. Feel like my RBC count is way to high, as I’m huffing and puffing way to much to early in the workouts.

    Back and Bi’s,

been experiencing a lot of night sweats lately. But it’s also been super humid lately. I feel rested each day
so I can’t complain about that.

Workout went really good today, good pump, good energy, lots of strength. Weight is down to 206 from about 215 at the start of May. I haven’t been dieting per say, just work has been very busy and I’m burning a lot more calories during the day.,

Good morning MS. Sorry for being out so long. Been sick most of May.

    Yesterday, legs:

    3 sets squats

    3 sets leg extensions

    3 sets leg curls

After almost 4 weeks out of the gym, that was all I wanted!

Marcus is going to be jealous you went fishing without him
I took some pretty cool pics for his photo booth, so he won’t mind

    Chest and Tris yesterday,

Quick workout before work at 3:30am

I’m still shedding BF but not really trying too. Which is great. I’m hoping work slows down a bit so I can get back to a more normal routine or work and sleep and get up extra early to get a workout in lol.

    Back and bi’s Yesterday morning.

Great quick workout, got kinda bored with my routine so I did some different exercises and
rotations. Did a bunch of drop sets for hammer Bi’s and dB curls. My arms were pumped and still feel a after pump a full day later.
