Had a awesome lunch today, this extremely hot girl kept flashing me! She was doing so much it was very obvious she was doing on purpose. One time she stuck her phone between her legs with the screen light on, it lit up the area! She would see me looking and smile. I tried to get a pic without getting caught, this was the best I got

Blast of a session, left gym even more knackered than legs yesterday.

    Wide grip pulldown
    Close grip pulldown
    Seated row
    DB bent over row
    BB bent over row
    Pullovers
    Seated rears (reverse pec fly)
    Seated rear delt row
    Hypers

Perhaps a bit too much volume, but felt worth it.

Also I believe I found what my next avi should be...

No. That’s not usually how it works. You should have asked to take her picture so you could put a face with that..... well you know.

Well sorry if that come out as inappropriate but here unless you got some serious money to spend on private healthcare it's plainly not worth it.

Can you guys believe 15 years ago I weighed 60 pounds more than I do today?
And in completely unrelated news: today is my son's 15th birthday

    Happy bday to your son!

    Good job.

15 years ago I weighed less than 60kg. Now I dumbbell bench the 60s for reps

Thanks! Half that 60# was baby weight. But I do feel very accomplished on both counts

    Tren the sqirrel says hi!
He got a new harness so we can take him outside. He is terrified of the outdoors and runs up his mom's (my gf's) leg.

    That sounds painful.

Conversely, I don't feel in enough pain this morning, hope that changes for the better later in the day. In for shoulders by evening.

Grip felt much better yesterday, not so much today though, but it's ok it can of better during the day.

Looking a bit soft and flat though, might need to get estro in check.

Took resting HR at the treadmill yesterday, it was 100. 80 right now just sitting. E2 must be definitely up, can also feel the aggression from it, will put it to good use tonight but then will either lower my dosages, or get bit of AI in, not sure.

Still very busy, but getting my workouts in. I have had to work some long hours this week because my damn radar is still down. Just can't find the problem in the high voltage circuits. I will be on the road for two days going to get my new 5th wheel so I will hit it hard tonight.
